Curious About the "Peace" Prize:

What are the official criteria used to determine the recipient of the
Nobel Peace Prize? I could find any information about this on the
Nobel webiste, and all I can get from Wikipedia is that "according to
Nobel's will, the Peace Prize should be awarded 'to the person who
shall have done the most or the best work for fraternity between the
nations, for the abolition or reduction of standing armies and for the
holding and promotion of peace congresses.'"

Obviously, I'm wondering about what strikes me as the rather indirect
relationship between raising the world's consciousness about climate
   change and promoting peace.
