I ran across a new article called [1]Not All It's Quacked Up To Be: Why State and Local Efforts to Ban Foie Gras Violate Constitutional Law. Foie gras, it turns out, is sometimes made from duck liver -- but the "Not All It's Quacked Up To Be" is not the pun I'm referring to.
