   Next Tuesday, March 17, the Case Western Reserve University School of
   Law�s [1]Center for Business Law and Regulation and the Federalist
   Society are co-sponsoring a luncheon on �Regulation by Litigation:
   Boon or Bane?� in Washington, D.C. The event centers on a new book,
