Suppose that a ship's crew is fighting a gun battle with pirates. A
stray bullet hits a storage tank. Could that bullet ignite a fire or
cause an explosion by hitting:
the fuel tank?
crude oil?
liquid natural gas?
other commodities that might be shipped by sea, and if so, which
ones?
Commenters who actually know an answer, and are not guessing, will be
appreciated.
