Hi David,

My take on it is a bunch of standard cells, he mentions 1.0183 volts per cell, 
but they are likely to be unsaturated cells that most likely are past the end 
of useful life. I thought about bidding, but the likely hood of any useful life 
left means I wont even bother to bid.
