the SZA263 and the LTFLU are Custom Specific circuits made exclusively for Fluke, and therefore the suppliers were not allowed to sell those freely on the market. The 332B used a similar reference assembly from TI, but including the necessary heater.

I would also opt for replacement with a LM399 circuit, as the longterm stability (1 yr) and T.C. are definitely on a better level.
