The HP3458A MREAD command returns a 16 bit value as a decimal integer. The 2kB cal SRAM is only 8 bits wide and the values are returned in the high byte. On two of my machines the low byte is always B9 hex. One the other one (earlier serial number) it is always FF. _______________________________________________ volt-nuts mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe, go to https://www.febo.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/volt-nuts and follow the instructions there.
