I would check the AD588 reference pin out against the calibrator pinning
(supply pins, output).

Has anyone have a schematic for the AOIP SN8300 or SN8310 calibrator ?
The reference is a 16 pins ceramic dil ic with ceramic top. No type number is
readable due to a cooling block glued to the top. The reference should be 20
ppm per year. Any sugestions what this ic could be ?
