Hi,
I am looking for a Fluke 8506A. I bought one on ebay but it came without the AC / DC thermal converter and it didn't even work in DC. I kept it for spare parts but now I want one cheap. If you have one or you know where I can go, thank you. My Agilent 34401 has quite disappointed me because in ACV it is a disaster in both low-level accuracy and frequency response. My Fluke 8502 with the thrue rms converter in comparison is very flat 10Hz - 50kHz and over. The HP when measuring 12V for example becomes a 5 1/2 digit while the Fluke remains 6 1/2 digit. So my question is: considering AC DC accuracy and stability what are the best 6.5 digits multimeters? have a nice day, Luciano Luciano P. S. I wrote to the manufacturer for the manuals and he sent me the one for 6426 but he told me that he did not find the one that interested me most , ie voltage reference 6406. I repaired both power supplies that had shorted electrolytic capacitors and for one of them I had to replace the custom power transformer. Now they both work but the voltage calibrator needs to be calibrated. Inside are a handful of trimmers but no indication of their function. Calibration is not possible without manual. Extreme ratio I want to ask you if any of you have this manual. Thank you, Luciano Luciano P. S. Another source is the Audiophile world. But that is more hit or miss on actual quality.
