A thread or two back
we all seemed to identify that certain AV programs seemed to be causing problems
with our customers. To date for me Norton 2000 and pccillin2000 have
been problematic. We have the usual problem where the mail gets "stuck"
downloading. You remove the offending email and off the rest go fine and
dandy. Unfortunately, the message I have to remove 8 times out of 10 is
one from the vopmail postmaster. Non delivery messages seem to be the most
common. Has anyone else noticed this or is it a local anomally to just my
system.
Also if anyone has
any good advice regarding the reduction of this issue (other that not running
the norton or pccillin product!) please speak up!
Also, anyone seen
any isssues with the 2002 versions of the above product? I can't remember
if anything was mentioned.
