It appears that when you turn on the “Use High Performance DNS Client” under the “Anti-Spam/IP Lookup” tab the RBL server checks stop working.  If your turn off the “high performance DNS” the RBL server checks begin working again.  I have been able to repeat this with the same results each time.  Is this by design?  The feature hasn’t been documented yet and I thought that this was the new DNS client that was noted in the upgrades readme.txt file, I didn’t expect it to turn off the RBL lists.
