Helo, Have you tried sending from your server an e-mail to smtp.pocketmail.com a msg by telnet. Suring the protocol you should see at what part there is a problem. I pocketmail does not respond than you know that 'it' is not accepting mail from you. Have you been RBL'd perhaps? Are you logging both OPR and ERROR file logging? If you send that to vircom they can verify and give you the answer. Thank you -- Charles Akkerman Vircom Technical Support Phone: (514) 990-2532 Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Please check our website at the the following link for the technical support holiday schedule: http://www.vircom.com/services/index.htm ----- Original Message ----- From: "Steve Drenner" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Vircom Mail" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, July 15, 2002 11:35 AM Subject: [VOPmail Beta] Email issues with pocketmail > * This is the vopmailbeta mailing list * > > > My email server is not talking to smtp.pocketmail.com. > I am running Vopmail 5.1.202 > This has been going on now for awhile. > I am getting an Network I/O error 10060.
