No, you are right. That's what SMTP Auth is for. I misunderstood your early comments, I guess. I thought you wanted to clearly identify messages as originating from a particular account. I did not think you were looking for half hearted attempt to block mail relaying. I thought that's what the setting to "deny relay for non-local users" was and that it was pretty much decided that that was a bad setting, giving server administrators a false sense of security. > Just like Vopmail's spam filter, it will block > messages regardless of the existenace of extra header > tags.
