HM> I work for the Local Council providing mail for schools using HM> VopMail 4.7, we have five mail lists set-up each containing a HM> group of schools i.e. all primary schools, all secondary schools HM> etc, when anyone posts to the lists with an attachment not all HM> recipients receive the attachment although they do receive the HM> mail. HM> Can anyone offer any advice as to what may be going on? Mark, Narrow your search down to the clients. Since a few are getting the attachments that means the server is doing its job. What is in common with the ones that cannot? Could there be some rouge AV/Firewall settings that are stripping attachements? User enlightenment? :) Do they actually know what an attachment is? Earlier, a member here reported that the problem he was having lay in Outlook97 SP-something, but didnt find a solution at that time. If some are using VOP Webmail, they have a glitch with the latest build. It doesnt show the attachment icon. However you can still access the attachment if you know it possess's one.
