Mark,

Narrow your search down to the clients.  Since a few are getting the
attachments that means the server is doing its job.  What is in common
with the ones that cannot?  Could there be some rouge AV/Firewall
settings that are stripping attachements?  User enlightenment?  :)  Do
they actually know what an attachment is?

Earlier, a member here reported that the problem he was having lay in
Outlook97 SP-something, but didnt find a solution at that time.

If some are using VOP Webmail, they have a glitch with the latest
build.  It doesnt show the attachment icon.  However you can still
access the attachment if you know it possess's one.
