Hi Costas, Could you please check the following things: 1) What version of IE are you using? It should be minimum version 5. 2) Take a look at the Tools \ Internet Options \ Security settings to see if "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" is enabled. 3) Check the permissions on your winnt \ temp folder. If you removed the Everyone - Full Control permissions, you'll need to add the IUSR account and at least give it Read and Write permissions.
