I had a "from" on something that didn't work and was told to add a
"mailfrom" as well.  the combination seems to work.  I'm not sure why
"mailfrom" worked better than "from" when "from" was in the headers I was
seeing.  maybe someone can shed some light on when to use "from", "mailfrom"
and "helo".

p.s. there's a separate maillist for spam talk.
