This is a really old message but this problem is still around.  Its all
related to Norton Antivirus scanning e-mail before outlook express. If you
have the customer disable Norton e-mail scanning, the e-mail with invalid
dates will come in without a problem.  We are still taking 1-2 calls per day
on this.
