I'm not sure if this one follows suit with the "disappoint" thread. I'm starting to get more phone calls from customers having trouble accessing their e-mail accounts. I have one in particular that has a couple hundred messages sitting in his inbox on the server. His mail client (OE) kicks back error messages when trying to access his account. I've been able to log-in to the account using the Webmail program, but when I set up an IMAP account on my machine here (using OE) it won't download the messages. I've made sure that the settings are to download headers only. Here's the error I get: Your 'Inbox' folder was not polled for its unread count. Could not get the unread counts for 'Inbox' on 'test account' Account: 'test account', Server: 'mail.midwaynet.net', Protocol: IMAP, Server Response: 'The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated.', Port: 143, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C006F Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Could not select 'Inbox' on the IMAP server. You might try refreshing your folder list to synchronize with the IMAP server. Is this related to the corrupted header issue you are talking about? Any help is appreciated.
