problem parsing the message for display, error

Currently, no HTML messages will
display within WebMail. Getting bombarded with emails from customers
complaining of the above error. Upon viewing the email within WebMail..
all you get is the red text displayed above.
Anybody else encountering the same
problem?? If so, what did you do to fix??
There have been numerous posts about the
error within the VOPweb mailing list --
but never a response for a fix or the cause. Plus.. that list is not as
active as this one... hopefully I'll have better luck.
