[VOPmail Beta] timout for RBL lookups

On VOPMail 5.x Is there a timeout option for RBL lookups?  We recently had a situation where SMTP wouldn’t issue the welcome banner because an RBL server wasn’t responding in a timely manner.    Thanks Robb
