Hi, We are running VOPMail 5.3 and MailWeb 2.4 and are having a problems with HTML emails in the webmail client. All HTML emails give this error in place of the email body "There was a problem parsing the message for display, error #5" Vircom have acknowledged the problem and sent me a fix, but it doesn't work. I haven't heard any other VOPMail users with this problem so I ask 1) Do you have this problem? 2) What is the file size of c:\vmwclient\HTMLTool.dll in your installation 3) What is the date/time stamp of c:\vmwclient\HTMLTool.dll in your installation 4) What is the file size of c:\vmwserver\HTMLTool.dll in your installation 5) What is the date/time stamp of c:\vmwserver\HTMLTool.dll in your installation My default 5.3 installation has 2) 112kb 3) 15/05/02 4) 112kb 5) 15/05/02 The patch Vircom gave me is 2) 112kb 3) 06/12/02 4) 112kb 5) 06/12/02 If you have anything different can you please send it to me?
