Excessive send attempts to nondeliverable addresses could be a sign of a spammer trying to bulk email. That's why they try to block you. It happened to me a few times before. I delete these bad messages from the queue.

Thanks I have found the problem by turning on all logging.
It looks like Yahoo is blocking us because of excessive send attempts to non
deliverable addresses at yahoo.com. I know this is a practice that works
well for most small ISPs and businesses, but I don't think Yahoo is smart
using it because people change their Yahoo email address more often than
they change their underware. Being as it's a free service.
I assume it is time related, I don't know, I've seen these backups before and they usually flush out after a few hours.
