If you're using emailanal (the executable that compiles stats about
VOPMail's usage) over a period of time you can get a pretty good idea of
which RBLs are doing you the most good.

I believe that the order in which you list your RBLs can taint the
information, but a least it's a good source of additional information.  A
suggested order for your RBL list has been posted here before.
