Hi All,
Firstly sorry to all off you who are getting this through more than one
source.
Starting from the second I wake up tomorrow morning I will be joining
five close friends in giving up smoking. This is not an easy task as I
have been smoking for close to 17 years (for those that don't know I'm
only 31). I have given up for short periods in the past and know what I
can be like. Therefore I would like to apologize in advance off me
ripping someone's head off.
Hopefully the peer pressure off my friends giving up will help me get
through this.
