It seems RBLs are increasingly becoming unreliable. I don't know if it's because they are heavily loaded, DDos'd or what.
Anyway, I suggest you turn on each RBL one by one and test the response time from Vopmail on port 25.

Hiya,
Incoming mail to my jungle.net vop mail server has been problematic today. I
was wondering if there is a way to tell if a particular RBL is causing
issues with incoming email because I just turned off my RBLS and mail
starting plowing on through again.
Anyone have any insight on this?
