I think what John is getting to is that there has
been a change at Vircom, for the better in my opinion, that will take soem time
to clear out the crap that built up to get in the way of dealing with customers
and our wants and needs. Since the 6.0 version of Vopmail is tied to the
Modusmail chain now, it makes sense that it should wait for the next release and
be as clean as possible. You probably agree that some of the previous coding
decisions (read marketing decisions) weren't in our best interests. It will take
them a while to get past that and some of us are willing to give them that time,
recognizing that a management shift has apparently taken place. We all have our
frustrations, but I for one want to cheer on the only vendor who talks to me
rather than bitch about the past management that is the core of yours and others
anger. I'm not suggesting in any way the anger is unwarranted, just possibly
misdirected at this time. I have my own personal favorite to overlook in the
crosswalk and suspect others do as well. The thing to do at this time is to move
on past all this and get the best products in our hands as quickly as they can
be reliable.
