We've always used profiles too. I just want to make sure that the following line means "accept any source IP except those listed":
 
Source IP = !192.168.0.1,!192.168.0.2,!192.168.0.3
 
I need to know is these customers will be able to authenticate from 192.168.0.4, for example.

I use profiles all the time and they work great for us.  Here is the documentation that we used to get profiles working.

I run wholesale roamers via freeradius where I can blacklist users, supplement attributes...or do whatever and then I proxy over to VOP for my ISP customers...good luck with profiles.

AFAIK, when freeradius authenticates against VPRRS, it counts towards your max users limit.
 
Anyway, does anybody know where I can find the documentation about profiles? It's not where the docs sends us to: http://www.vircom.com/downloads/vop/prrs/public/htm/support/Profiles.htm. I got a "page not found" there.

Is there any special setting to avoid multiple logins on roamer servers or is it blocked just like everything else? Because I'm seeing a lot of people being able to login twice on roamer servers and if there's something that needs to be configured, I need to know what. If not, I'll have to start looking somewhere else...
 
For regular clients which talk directly to my servers, multiple logins work fine (dual for ISDN and single for analog).
