Here's the fix Andrew sent me.  It works.  Geezzzzz... the difference of one setting.  THANKS ANDREW.

Hi Robert,

Here is what is happening.

The request is coming in as "
[EMAIL PROTECTED]". The option "remove
domain from usernames" is checked from the Options Tab so in the end VOP
Radius has the user in the format as just "username".

However, when the accounting packet arrives the username is in the form
"
[EMAIL PROTECTED]". The option "remove domain from usernames" only
applies to authentication packets and as a result VOP Radius is not
"linking" the two (username does not equal
[EMAIL PROTECTED])

Here is the fix:

Go to the Add Database Ids Tab
Go to the white box under "Local Roaming Ids"
Enter "futura.net" without the quotes
On the right hand side check clear
Click apply

Now for both Auth and Acct the realm will be stripped and after
concurrency checking can be reliably done.

Vircom is correctly keeping local users (dialed into our termservers) from performing simultaneous logins, however, customers who dial in through Qwest are getting authorized for multiple simultaneous sessions.

Any ideas???
