* This is the VOP Radius mailing list * Howdy. No we're not - sounds like you may not be receiving stop packets for some users. Here's a test you might want to do:
It would be good if you gave us an example of someone who is staying connected in the users-online even after disconnecting 1) Make sure you enable everything under log-tracking except for ODBC logging 2) STOP the radius server 3) Delete the old vprerror.log 4) Delete the vprusers.log and vprusers.sav files 5) START the radius server 6) Monitor the users-online -versus- your nas'es/national dialup provider. If you see someone logged off but still shows up in users-online, zip the vprerror.log and Email it to us with the username of the person that stayed stuck. -- Yves Lacombe SPAM Fighting team & Technical Support ----- Original Message ----- From: "brain_damaged" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, December 26, 2002 2:02 PM Subject: [VOP RADIUS] Not knocking users off line > * This is the VOP Radius mailing list * > We have users that log in from around the country. > The radius info is passed thru to us. > We also have users that log on locally thru our own numbers. > > Not sure why or if there is something in the setup I missed or in RTFM but all of a sudden vircom is not removing the users when they log off. > Both for local users and those being passed thru. > > Any ideas on why or what I might have missed.
