You only have to define the IP address from where the packets come. The
actual NAS you only define if you want.

So, the first line means that the customer is connected on NAS 63.215.27.161
but the authentication and accounting packets came from the IP 208.62.145.36
(probably a proxy server). You have defined 208.62.145.36 and that's why it
works.
