There is a problem with the ODBC data export routine in VopRadius. Currently I'm getting only a faction of my users exported to ODBC that are online. ALL users however show up in the Online Users text file. I'm working with Vircom on that problem (I expect it doesn't show up until you have more then X user online at one time).

Anyway, the ODBC export is just that, an export, and although its pretty fast it is not realtime (I've asked for an odbc action on every login/logout/snmp clear .. well see where that goes). The text file is rewritten everytime a user logs in so it is more realtime. XML would allow a more compact display.

We export it to ODBC here and then we can read it with a web page.

Why not just export to an ODBC connection and then to XML

Would anyone other then me be interested in seeing the Online Users file written in XML format? It would still be very readable with a text editor, but could also be parsed by an xsl file to make it pretty and more compact (expandible pops etc).

Feedback???
