* This is the VOP Radius mailing list * Hi All, I run VOPRadius Standard Version 3.3 for authentication with my Cisco AS5300s as well as Livingstone Portmasters.
I have a problem in that some of my users, particularly those I have assigned satic IP addresses, are getting Authenticated with Service-Type = Shell-User as opposed to Framed-User. The session time is always about two seconds and nothing further. The question is what causes this and how do I avoid these entries in my accounting logs. Are they caused by a setting on the Client's machine, my Access server or the VOP Radius server?
