Looks like thumper is using a bogus password or someone is trying to use
his account and guess the password. It says right in the log "Invalid
Password Attempt". We have that happen all the time, the user has hit
the keyboard or their kid has messed stuff up and all they have to do is
to re-enter the correct password.

Subject: [VOPRadius] Authentication

* This is the VOP Radius mailing list *
Hi,

Entries like this are showing up in my log.

(Radius :00099) 11/7/2003 10:14:54 ODBC_AUTH: Invalid Password Attempt
[bouäGÊwôOìý;Á] - thumper (Reject :00099) 11/7/2003 10:14:54 Invalid
Attempt: [84.93.62.1:-1] thumper - Invalid Password Attempt

Thumper is a valid user.

In the Vircom RADIUS manager, it shows:

User (handshake) Thumper
Port -1
NAS/IP 84.93.62.1
State ACK
Service Login
Time 0
Limit 0
IP Address 0.0.0.0

Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Thanks, Andy
