* This is the VOP Radius mailing list * Rodopi is no Vircom but I will say this. The product has done a decent job for us and done what it is supposed to do. The support at Rodopi a while back was about as bad as anything I ever seen or experienced. They have made a lot of strides in their support and the last couple of times I used them it was a world of difference.
I have no special ties to Rodopi and at one time I had even decided to go elsewhere. The thing is they have made an effort and right now I don't see the point in spending a lot of money to move to another product since they've made improvements in the way they handle their customers. They are not Vircom but they also are not what they were 4 years ago (hehe, couldn't go any lower than that, there was only one way for them to go and that was up).
