[VOPRadius] OT: Slipstream Simultaneous Use

How can I prevent the same username and password on more than 1 time?
Slipstream told me to set the AllowIfRadiusaccountingfails  true, which they
said should only allow 1 user with the same username and password on at the
same time.  What should I have in my Profile, to prevent Simultaneous Use?
