Our access provider recently changed equipment and now nothing is matching in our logs. Apparently the connect info is now capturing the "upload speed" not the download which is usually between 24k - 31k. They said we need to use the vendor specific attribute of Ascend 255 instead of the standard 197 to capture the download speed. So I added it to the dictionary file then under accounting ODBC and advanced I tried to add an extra attribute. I mapped it to the "DownloadSpeed" field in the database with attribute 255 and vendor ID 529 (ascend) and it doesn't work. I do show under vpracct.log the correct value (ie ,"255(53333)" ) but it won't add it to the database.
