This is true only is its default configuration. If you look for the
following setting in the sproxy.conf
# SETTING NAME : RadiusNASPort
# MANDATORY : no
# DEFAULT VALUE : none
# VALID VALUES : An integer between 0 and 2^32 - 1 (inclusive)
#
# Some RADIUS servers require a "NAS-Port" attribute to be included in the
# "Access-Request" or "Accounting-Request" packets. Uncomment this line and
# set the attribute to the appropriate value if required.
#
# If the value is set to zero, then the "NAS-Port" is set to the PID of the
# user's sproxy process.
#
Set it to: "RadiusNASPort 0" and port numbers then become unique and you can
hard limit slipstream logins to 1 per username.
P.S. This works well however, because slipstream doesn't support Interim
Packets, you will probably see more ghost problems. I am currently running a
beta (built special for us) that does support Watchdog packets and I'm told
it will be made part of the next official update for Slipstream's sproxy.

Subject: [VOPRadius] Slipstream one last time

At this point there is no way to prevent this. Slipstream returns a -1
for port usage and thus there is no way to see how many sessions are
being used. I read on one list (maybe this one) that Slipstream is going
to fix this on their next release.
