I think this functionality would be a good addition to VOPRadius. I don't
however think it's a complete solution to the GP ghosting issue and
therefore would ask that you stay invested in the watchdog packet idea as
well. <details to follow in a separate post>.

We have a MUCH lower rate of caller id blocking. Even if I could resolve
only half of these issues it would be a huge break for me and the affected
users.
