Sylvian,

This is great news.

I was hoping Vircom would include some more flexibility in the manipulation of the domain part.

For example, I have a case where our ADSL provider decided to change the method of domains into this order:

256k ADSLs: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
128k ADSLs: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

and so on depending on the speed of the user.

The problem is that we want to be able to strip out only "sahara.net.sa" and then be able to authenticate the user name as:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]

this does not seem to be possible with the current version.
Regards..

Subject: [VOPRadius] Upcoming new release...

Vircom is about to launch its next release of VOP Radius, v4.0. In addition to new features like EAP-MD5 and the ability to configure multiple profiles per NAS, it contains lots of fixes and minor improvements.

EAP-MD5 is an important new feature because it is one of the key protocols used by most Wifi devices.

We’re looking for customers that are willing to beta test this new version. In order to participate in the beta test program you must have a valid support plan for your VOP Radius. Those customers are expected to report any bugs they may experiment and help our support staff to pinpoint them.

If you are interested, please email [EMAIL PROTECTED].

Thanks,

Vircom's Team.
