Hello all,
 
 
I have noticed that the value is kept when you navigate from one tab to another tab within the console.
However when the console is closed and re-opened, it comes back to its default.
The latter is a bug of which I wasn't aware.
Therefore we will keep "odin.vircom.com" for now.
However the newest build 4.0.228 has its default changed for "supprad.vircom.com", that will be correct too.

The SMTP mail server to use when sending your VOP Radius logs to the customer support team has been changed.
 
Please do the following:
Go to Start -> Programs -> Vircom -> VOP Radius -> Configuration
Go to the Support tab.
Change SMTP mail server for "supprad.vircom.com".
