Hello all,

Update 21 went out on December 2nd, 2004.

It has two new main features:

For Accounting:
   - If an additionnal accounting attribute is of type String and the accounting
packet can potentially contain many similar attributes, a string to look
for can be provided to VOP Radius to find a match.  For example, this is
useful to parse among vendor specific attribute-value pairs (AV-pairs).

For Authentication:
   - Implement use of Unix GID as profile name.

We distributed the latter as limited deployment. We wanted to have feedback
from the customers who were waiting for the above features. As a matter of
facts, we got these feedbacks and update 22 is currently in alpha testing.

For those of you who are willing to get update 21, it is available in the Knowledge
Base section of our web site. This is were we put the limited deployment
update before transferring them to My Vircom.

If everything goes well, update 22 should appear on My Vircom pretty soon.

Another question along those lines. Did the path 20 for vopradius solve the ghosting problem with the GlobalPOP ports?

Howdy...

Is there anyone in here using VopRadius with GlobalPops as a provider ?

If so, may I contact you by phone to chat about a setup problem we are having ?
