What?!? Solar and hydroelectricity do not. Wind power does, in a sense, but it does not measurably affect the wind (the movement of air heated by the sun). Fission definitely does not involve gaseous exchanges, unless the reactor blows up like in Chernobyl or Fukushima. What on earth do you mean?
