Nope. Putnam and Westchester counties, and Delaware county (the

New York City water was voted the best-tasting, best quality of any 
major city in the world by a panel of experts a few years ago, in 
blind taste tests. People who live in NYC and who buy bottled water 
are nuts. The tap water there is cleaner and better than bottled.
