I too thought this was late for April Fools. I like nutty ideas but this one is too much even for me.
A couple of days ago I saw an interesting vehicle cruising in Atlanta. It had a motorcycle engine, two wheels in front, and a large driving wheel in back. It had roll bars and seat belts but not much weatherproofing. Two seats, and two passengers when I saw it -- passengers I would describe as intrepid young men. It was lower than a car, but the back was elevated somewhat with lights and a turn signal. I asked the passenger and he confirmed it is street legal. It looks a lot safer than a motorcycle but not as safe or practical as a car.
