He says that, and I expect he is sincere, but I do not think he has an open mind or that he is truly agnostic. He has often tied him into a pretzel to avoid looking at the evidence or to avoid reaching what I regard as an inescapable conclusion.
I wrote an essay dissecting his views years ago, in Infinite Energy. He was invited to respond, but he never did.
