I am of the opinion that the underlying principal in Moller's Atomic Hydrogen Generators, Mills Black Light Process , Aratas' nano powders and maybe even some claims of over unity in water fuel cells is the same. I couldn't quite get my arms around how the water fuel cell could qualify in this group or why the effect can span between wet and dry environments but an idea occurred to me that maybe even the wet environment may be "dry" and oxygen free at the surface layers of the hydrogen producing electrode. Maybe water fuel cells have both HHO production and a little MAHG going on ? This would give us multiple common denominators of atomic hydrogen, catalysts and no oxidant -even sonoluminesce qualifies as a synthetic catalyst where the menisci forms casimir geometry and the trapped gas becomes fractionalized and does the same oscillation between states touted by Moller.
