There are three basic things that must be accomplished to make an E-Cat
design successful.

-      High hydrogen packing into nickel nano-powder.

-      Strong Coulomb barrier masking.

-      Gamma Radiation thermalization, mitigation, and prevention.

Industry standard electrodeposition of Ni does none of these key things.
