Mitre Corporation hosted the HFGW. High Frequency Gravity Wave meeting. in 2005 Paul Murad and Professor Robert Baker were the organizers.
At the meeting, Nick Cook,aviation editor at Janes Defence Weekly, gave me a copy of Hunt for Zero Point. SAIC was responsible for the Electric Propulsion Study of Dr Dennis Cravens- a gravitic study that is now on-line.
