It's "Universal", but likely exclusive only to civilizations that have
"technologically" progressed to an seemingly ripe old age and/or existence for
a
100 million years or so, and/or in a category of would be considered "Very"
Advanced. Now, as far along as you can imagine that a civilization a 100
million old may be, by comparison, they would be considered only a
"whippersnapper" by a civilization that is in the billion yr plus range... and
so, I
think you can get the idea of just how advanced a civilization might be
and/or the capacity in which they are operating "In Space, In The Absolute"
ever
thereafter!
What I have "learned" from using my senses, which I
might refer to as a "Heightened Sense of Awareness is that (not only) *Light*
is being coordinated in an exceedingly fast manner, to captivate, manipulate,
motivate, entice, lure and/or drive civilization, but, the Real Science
being conducted in all the labs behind closed doors performing the R&D and
establishing all the technical data, Have, Are, & Always will be pushed or
guided by the ever growing demanding populace, which is doing it's part to "
keep
the wheel of progress" and/or " flow of resources going", so progress
continues.
To me it's absolutely amazing, yet fully understandable,
how almost No One down here of good old out-done/dated earth would likely
even care to "believe" yet alone *know* what has happened to us, and/or this
human mode of being, as opposed to *that* which Has Been, Currently Is, and
more than highly likely Always Will Be, Up In Space like "We" will never even
hope to imagine.
Now, I could
fully elaborate on this whole complete issue, but then, giving it all away,
is all but meaningless, unless you take some *real* time to fully
appreciate just what has been accomplished over countless millions of years out
in
space & time, and/or thruout the universe.... A Highly Advanced State of
Being, so sophisticated, that it's operating not just outside of our abilities,
but in it, all at the same time, ALL w/o us barely having a clue, let alone
*know* it's going on.
"We" aren't even close to being a "whippersnapper", and, you could hardly
imagine just how far along, that actually is.... It's.... Eons Ago!,,,, and
that
essentially means that "We" don't even exist.... So maybe, that'll give you
something to chew on, and instead of just spending the rest of your life
wondering whether or not there's any real difference between Science Fiction,
from *Real* Science?.
In a word,
it's Ungodly (for this rather simple little human race in space in time) and
it's all we can handle, for now.
