I found a new publiced LENR related patent application. This time a WO patent related to preparing nickel alloy powder and a reactor. The description of the alloy preparation has large resemblance with recent work of Celani. The inventor Nee, Han, H. is unknown by me, but he has quite some metal related patents filed and granted.
